Q. What Mattel models will be available?
A. This year only a Dinner model is available. All
250 are the same. Guests may buy 1 additional model for $25. (2012 will have the
usual 4 models. 2 dinner, dealer and convention)
Q. If I do not pay for the dinner, can I buy a
dinner model?
A. Not from me. Some guests choose to sell their
spares. I am fine with this.
Q. How do I register?
A. follow the above link and complete your
registration form. Submit payment and form to complete registration.
(If not attending dinner or wanting dealer tables, no need to register.)
Q. Do I need to fill out multiple sheets if I have
more than one person on my registration?
A. No, 1 form per party is fine. Be sure to list
both 1st and last name of each guest you are paying for.
Q. Is there a charge to attend the seminars on
Saturday?
A. No, everyone is welcome to join us at no charge.
The Friday Meet and Greet as well as the Sunday car show and in room trading and
throughout the event is free too.
Q. How much is Dinner?
A. Dinner is $75 per guest, Dinner includes 1
Dinner, 1 Code 1 Dinner model, auction admission, Mattel presentation, admission
to the show on Sunday. Pay by Check, Money order or Pay Pal (Add 5% for PayPal) matchb0x1@aol.com
checks-money orders payable to Jim Gallegos.
Q.
If I do not pay for the dinner, can I attend the auction and Mattel Presentation
Saturday night?
A. No, it is unfair to allow this as dinner is an
all inclusive package. Please do not ask. Thank you.
Q. How much are tables?
A. Tables are $45 for each 6 foot covered table.
Pay same as above. 2 attendees per dealer. Dealer + 1.
Q. How do I reserve a hotel room?
A. Hotel rooms must be reserved directly through
the Marriott. 1-505-881-6800. Ask for Route 66 Diecast Show Code DIE. $95 per
room.
